What Is the ARS Cares Program for Free Home Comfort Assistance?
Since 2016, ARS Cares has provided roughly 360 home service makeovers, donating over $3.4 million in equipment and labor to households across the country. Each year, ARS®/Rescue Rooter® reaches out to community neighbors to identify people who could use a free HVAC system or water heater, and this year, we want to make sure we reach the neighbors who need it most.

Who Can Be Nominated?
An ARS Cares nomination is about real need. Consider nominating someone who is:
Living with a broken or unreliable HVAC system or water heater they can't afford to fix
Facing financial hardship or illness that makes replacement out of reach
An elderly or disabled homeowner without the means to make a costly repair
A single parent, veteran, or caregiver stretched thin by rising costs
Anyone whose health or safety is at risk without reliable heating, cooling, or hot water
(This list isn't exhaustive. If someone in your life is going without basic comfort at home, we want to hear about it.)
What Do Recipients Receive?
Selected recipients will receive a brand-new HVAC system and installation or new water heater and installation at no cost by ARS®/Rescue Rooter®'s expert technicians.
